Hey guys, so Friday Photo is definitely coming, but first I have to upload pics from last night. :)
So to tide you over a little (or completely if you don't care to hear about how amazing BSB was), have a new favorite commercial.
SWAN DIVE!
Happy Friday, I'll be back with pictures and much girlish nonsense.

Guess What???
So if you've followed my Twitter at all, you know that I've been keeping a secret. I've been sitting on it since Saturday and I am absolutely DYING to tell you.
So are you ready?
Please understand that if you were withing a mile of me right now you would probably have heard me scream this several times over the past few days...
I'M GOING TO SEE THE BACKSTREET BOYS TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!
The freakin' Backstreet Boys! I knew they were coming a few months ago, but I also knew that the funds were not in the best situation. So as much as it killed me, I accepted the fact that I would not be going to watch the band I was obsessed with in high school.
Then last week I got an email. And it was like the heavens opened up and angels sang and everything was sparkly rainbows.
Tickets were on sale for ten bucks.
I expected these to be crappy seats, but I said to myself, "DUDE. Your favorite band from your teenage years. The boys you squealed over. The guys who sing those songs you STILL know by heart. Who cares about where the seats are, DO IT." So I checked out the seating situation. You know what turned up?
EFFING. FLOOR. SEATS.
Floor seats. Ten bucks. Backstreet Boys. I may or may not have set off barking dogs with the squeals and such that followed. I texted my dear cousin who I knew would be on board. And we got tickets.
Yes. Kayla and I will be screaming and singing and sporting our glittery homemade shirts from the tenth row at the concert tonight. There will be pictures. And probably video. And much swooning. Because I have spent the days since purchasing tickets listening to their music again. And feeling like a giddy high school girl (much to the dismay of hubby).
And just in case you feel like squealing and reliving a bit of your past, here's a playlist for ya. I have to go attempt to calm myself. Because I am bouncing off the walls with excitement right now.

Wednesday Wish List
It's back! I had the hardest time coming up with something to wish for. Seriously. I wasn't feelin' anything.
Then I realized that Futurama returned last week. And it is teh awesomeness. So have a Futurama-themed list today.
Not that I would wear it daily, but a brain slug headband would probably make me pretty happy. (via ScavengingWoodrats)
I don't have a Mac. But Bender would be happy at my house. Maybe even in the corner of my car window. (via LapTatt)
Tad might actually fight me for this hat. (via lilineko)
I need two. Because if I had one on my car, hubby would need one for his. (via WallArtGuru)

And I pointed this one to to hubby. He has a badge for work and I'm pretty sure he needs this. (via incognerdo)

5 Things
It's hot. Like, really hot. Like, we actually turned on our air conditioner hot. (If you know us then you know we don't run it too often.) So instead of things, today I give you...
5 Places I Would Rather Be Right Now
P.S. Y'all need to vote in my poll from Sunday. All it takes is one click. And you do more than that to get to my blog every day.
5 Places I Would Rather Be Right Now
- The beach. Probably Pismo. It's not this hot in Pismo.
- The mountains. The higher the better. We were actually going to go camping this week, but plans changed.
- Alabama. Okay, I know there's no relief there. BUT at least then I could hang out with my mom and my grandpa. And I'd get some cool thunderstorm action.
- Hawaii. Because it's stinkin' HAWAII. And I've never been.
- At the movies. Because it's nice and cool there. Hmmm... maybe we should head out to the movies later...

Monday Coolness
This was me yesterday. It will quite possibly be me later this week as well.

I had a major case of the lazies. I had VBS every morning last week. And random stuff in the afternoons and evenings. Thursday night was a planning session for my grandpa's 80th birthday in September.
Saturday was invitation making. Then going out with sissy and some cousins.
Sunday was time to RELAX finally. But it was hot. And it's hard to really relax when it's hot.
This week... well, today is actually okay. Tomorrow I'm meeting with a friend after work. Wednesday we'll take a possible day trip with sissy and the kids? Thursday I'm going to do something amazing and I think I'll just keep you in suspense about it for now... hee hee.
Add in that I have projects I want to do, the 4th to get ready for (we're doing it up at my dad's this year), and Florida to start thinking about... but it's all good. At least I'm planning fun things!
Happy Monday!

Question
I don't get a lot of feedback when I just wait for comments, so we're doing this the easy way. Just vote! You don't have to sign up for anything, no entering code to make sure you're not a spammer... just move your mouse and click!
I'm way into DOING things lately. Whether it's painting a piece of furniture, sewing, cooking... you know the drill. I've discovered sewing is a good way for me to mellow out a bit when I'm stressed or angry. So, are you guys interested in the how-to at all? As blog posts in the future? I'm willing to take pictures of the process, but only if y'all care.
Let me know what you think!

Friday Photo
It's BACK!!!! I have pictures! Not fancy ones yet, but at least you get pictures again. Today I pulled one that's just fun.

Yup. There's me shooting the shotgun. I like this picture, I look kind of skinny. That's always nice. Of course it also makes me want to go up to the range again. And we kind of don't have time right now.
But soon.
Happy Friday!
