Happy Friday indeed!
I actually just finished this last weekend (for the second time). And yes, this deserves one of these...

*SQUEEEE*
Okay, haven't mentioned it here or anything, but I've pretty much been dying for the Eclipse trailer to come out. The movie comes out in June and we have seen NOTHING as far as a trailer goes.
Found an announcement about the trailer today. It'll show before Remember Me, which starts March 12.
Okay, I kinda wanted to see the movie already, this just makes me want to see it SO MUCH more. The trailer will likely be online the next day, so I'll post it for those of you who care (oddly enough, those of you who care never comment... hmmmm).
I'm countin' down.

Friday Photo
Ha, this week's photo is going to make me look ridiculous.
Yup. That's my Edward doll. And yup, I'm kissing it.
Mom bought him for me for my birthday. He's sparkly!!! I wasn't actually going to kiss it, but I faked it and hubby called me on it. So I went ahead and kissed it for real and mom took a picture.
And just so you don't think I'm totally weird, no, I'm not sleeping with him next to my bed. He's not even in my bedroom. So there, I'm not totally weird. *cough*Claudia*cough*

*sigh*
I'm exhausted from our campout with the church kids. I'm depressed because I spilled my Starbucks.
But I'm better now. Because of this.
You're welcome.

Hello Again...
Check me out, I'm actually doing something I said I would do!

So the grand surprise I was planning for yesterday were THESE beauties!

Yezzir, TWILIGHT CUPCAKES!!! They were red velvet too! All for my girl Claudia (heeeey!). I worked with Claudia back in the day and now she works with my mom. It was her birthday and I got these in my head and HAD to make them. I was so happy with them that I was squealing in my kitchen (much to hubby's dismay).

An apple for the book cover (DUH). Only it wasn't so "duh" for everyone. My mom totally asked why I made an apple (forgive her, she only just finished the first book and isn't crazy into it like the rest of us).
A sparkly heart. Because Edward sparkles. *sigh* Mom asked about that one too...
And OF COURSE I had to do these!! They were my favorite (and Claudia's, and Heather's, and probably everyone else's). All the decorations were done with marshmallow fondant (only my second time using it). And the frosting was of course cream cheese. So if anyone wants them, I'll take orders...
Then last night hubby and I went to a show. In a little tiny bar. But I'm going to upload video so I'll leave that for tomorrow's post. For now, enjoy a picture of us after a few drinks...

I almost peed
This is when I'm slightly ashamed to love Twilight the way I do. I promise I WILL NOT ACT LIKE THIS OVER A TRAILER! I did not cry, or scream, or grab my chest repeatedly.
But Claudia, I am fully prepared to act like this if we ever meet Rob. I will be ridiculous.
By the way, I didn't bother watching the whole video. Their reactions were good enough for me. And you may want to skip their "shout outs" to whoever they're talking to.

Guilty
I'm a Twilight crack-head.
It's a recent thing. I only started the series this month. I actually had the first book sitting in my house for a month before I picked it up.
But then I did. And it was all over for this girl.
I picked it up when hubby was at work one day. He leaves the house at seven for the hospital, and for some reason, I was wide awake when he left that particular morning. So I picked up the book.
And read for four hours straight.
Reading continued in chunks until he got home. I didn't want to ignore him, but those last hundred pages or so were calling to me, so as soon as he decided it was bedtime I went to bed too. And finished the book.
OMG, can I just tell you that I'm totally embarrassed by how enjoyable I find them? If these had come out when I was in high school, I would be one of those hopeless girls with "I heart Edward" on my backpack, binder, keychain... I'm ridiculous.
So shout-out to Claudia for bringing the last two books for me today. I started Eclipse. And I'm struggling with not holing up in bed until I'm through with it.
Because I am ridiculous and feeling like a high schooler all over again.
